It is located less than 10 minutes drive south of Hobart's city centre and only 5 minutes from the shopping and business centre of Kingston.

The Kingfisher Units have views of Mt Wellington. The property is ideally suited to business professionals, small families, honeymoon couples or those just wanting to get away.

The accommodation has 1 queen bed and two singles in Unit 7 and the unit is able to accommodate 4 guests.
Unit 6 has 1 queen size bed and 3 singles and able to accommodate 5 guests.
properties have 1 bathrooms and separate toilet. The kitchen area has a tile floor and the living area is carpeted and has a large flat screen TV, leather lounges.
There are full kitchen facilities boasting dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge/freezer. The deck is accessed via the sliding doors and is equipped with BBQ.
The Unit is also fitted with a complete laundry with washer and clothesline outside the back door.
The property is fully fenced and children friendly with pool fence locks.
A childrens playground is also located nearby.
Drive or bus into Hobart CBD to shop or see the sights.
Take a day trip south and enjoy all the scenery and tourist attractions the Huon region has to offer.
