"Kingston is a relaxing place to be at New Year.
The house is so close to the beach. Just walk across the road and you are there. We even saw dolphins playing in the shallows and they followed people up and down the beach. We took the 4wd out and drove up the beach for kilometres. Although there were many "standard" cars driving on the beach as well. The house has a good size back yard and fully fenced to keep the kids in. The house has a fantastic air conditioner on those really hot days."
