Holiday house

This house is located in Daceyville (across the road from Kingsford) in a quiet, spacious, tree-lined street with a huge park and golf course at the end of the street. The house is 10 mn walk to UNSW, 15 mn walk to POW RHWkids hospitals, 15 mn bus to the city or Maroubra beach, 10 mn drive to Coogee beach or to the Airport, 30 mn bus to RPAH hospital and SydneyUTS Unis.

Our clean, bright, comfortable house has polished floorboards throughout and includes:
A master bedroom with double-built in robes
A kids' room with bunk bed and double -built-in robes
A third bedroom with EITHER two couches or a sofa bed and TV -can be quickly converted from a lounge room to another bedroom
A study all set-up, lots of empty bookshelf space (just bring your laptop and printer
A large eat-in kitchen
a driveway with enough room for 2 cars, and a covered car port
a nice roomy backyard, with grass, a veggie patch, jasmine, flowering trees, a hammock
A sunny deck with couch, swings and toys
a laundry space and wall-hung clothes rack
A clean, white bathroom with a bath-shower

We are conveniently located close to bus routes in every direction, local shops, Westfields and other shopping centres, Coogee and Maroubra beaches, Uni of NSW, hospitals. We can walk to Eastlakes, Bonnie Doon, the Autrlalian and the Lakes Golf courses, as well as Astrolabe park (off-leash for dogs), and other child-friendly parks.

This house would great for a family wanting to holiday in Sydney or to stay somewhere comfy while they renovate their house.
