The Sea Loft offers guests a rare combination of a bush and sea setting, while being located within minutes of the shops and restaurants of Kingscote. You will feel removed from everything, yet you are mere minutes from Kangaroo Island's main town.

This lofted, two-story home is nestled among gum trees with expansive views of stunning Bay of Shoals. Immerse yourself in this serene setting, while enjoying the convenience of being so close to Kingscote.

Take in a 180 degree view of Shoal Bay from the comforts of your bed. Relax on the balcony of the upstairs bedroom and sit within the canopy of Eucalypts. This house offers expansive sea views while being nestled amongst the trees. Observe the ever-changing colours of Shoal Bay from both upstairs and downstairs decks. Gaze across to North Cape.

Sea Loft is a recently constructed home, with a unique jarrah sky walk linking the two lofted bedrooms. From the second bedroom, enjoy the captivating views of rolling hills to Nepean Bay. From the master bedroom, enjoy views of the beautiful Bay of Shoals. No matter where you are, wake up to the view of the ocean.

Warm yourself in front of the Nectre wood stove in the winter months. Enjoy the afternoon sun from the large covered and uncovered deck.

In the spring, you will be mesmerised by the bright yellow hues from the canola crop planted on undulating hills to the edge of Nepean Bay. During summer, you will be calmed by the sunset across the gum trees.

This 5 acre property includes a Native Vegetation Reserve, providing guests with plenty of opportunities for exploration and wildlife encounters. You will spy kangaroos and wallabies from the window as you prepare your evening meal.

Locality

Dover Farm is a very popular area for those that enjoy their privacy while not having to be in a remote location.

The house is mere minutes from Kingscote, Bay of Shoals boat ramp, Bay of Shoals Winery and Emu Bay beach. It serves as the perfect point to explore both east and west ends of the island, or as a quiet setting to just relax.

With the boat ramp only a short distance away, enjoy fishing on some very reliable and favourite spots around Kingscote and beyond.
