Holiday house

This spacious near new 4 bedroom has main with ensuite. Kitchen, dining family,and separate lounge. Has all the mod cons and is walking distance to the waters edge, minutes drive to the town centre and jetty.

Locality

Kingscote is a beautiful town with so much to offer. Lovely views, terrific fishing and lots of wild life to see. The Boat house is a great base from which to explore what Kangaroo island has to offer. A couple of days just isn't enough!!!
Attractions include: Beautiful beaches, Penguin an Pelican Tours, Island behive Honey tours and Tastings, KI Marine Centre, Sea Tidal Pool, Museum, Fishing/ Charters, Boat Ramp Golf course, Yacht Club
Local Conveniences: Servo, Liquor outlets, 7 Day Supermarket, Local Takeaway, Hardware/Bait Store, Internet access at local Hotel and chemist
