Holiday house

This property is ideal for holidaymakers seeking tranquility, wildlife and easy access to the beach (one street away). Enjoy a BBQ and sundowner drinks on the balcony.

Shopping facilities and restaurants are only 10 minutes away in Kingscote.

Take time to look around the area, as it is an ideal habitat for native flora and fauna. Wildlife can often be seen on road verges.

Three bedrooms, two toilets and fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities.

All linen is included.

Games and DVDs area available.

The property is pet friendly and one dog is allowed. The pet is not allowed inside and the property has a secure, fully fenced running area.

This property is ideal for people who want a space to call their own and who are conscious of their budget. Situated on the shores of Nepean Bay.this attractive property is ideally located - approximately 10 minutes drive from/to Kingscote, the main business centre of Kangaroo Island and ideally located to access major attractions.

Tammar Wallabies can be seen regularly as well as Blue Fairy Wrens from the balcony. The beach is a haven for swans, terns and other birdlife and is clean and safe for all ages.
