Kirrin Cottage is a modernised 1940 Post War Settlers Cottage with sea views, located just a short stroll (400 metres) to the main street of Kingscote and all its attractions.

It features three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The lounge room is furnished with a retro touch and includes a TV, DVD and Stereo that is iPod compatible. A large gas heater will keep you warm during the winter months.

The kitchen is well equipped and features all the modern conveniences including a dishwasher and microwave. The rear windows give great views across Nepean Bay. A large dining room has seating for six with additional seating at the breakfast bar. A highchair is available for little ones.

The large heated bathroom has a shower and basin. A baby bath, change table and portacot can be supplied on request.

The yard is a huge quarter acre with gardens, lawn and an outdoor deck where the children have plenty of room to play. There is ample off street parking.
