Holiday unit, Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

Situation in Kingscote - the largest town and commercial centre of Kangaroo Island. Unit 6 / 3 Kohinoor Rd. Kingscote - Opposite school crossing. Walking distance to fishing, pelican and penguin displays, shopping, tourist bus collection point, main street, Day Spa and Health Club.

All linen and towels supplied.
Facilities include: New fully equipped kitchen, with microwave / convection oven, 4 burner cook top, large fridge, generous pull out divan in lounge, electrical appliances, small flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, heating, air conditioning, library, games, off street car parking.

Clean tidy compact unit, near parks and playing areas for children. Easy to find, and centrally located. Has only become available on the market as of late 2008. For the 2010 Winter we are offering a 50% off all spa treatments at See Change Health Club - this club also offers an internet broad band café. This club is a high quality full Health, Fitness and Wellness Club including fully equipped gym and plunge spas.

Had a wonderful stay, the unit was well equiped, clean fresh and bright. We had a great stay on KI, and the kids enjoyed themselves greatly. Thank you. (Sept 2008).

Locality

This location in Kingscote, is really flexible. You would be pleasantly surprised how quiet it is - being set back off the main road. If you dont wish to drive - this is not a problem. The main street, food options, shops, and tourist attractions (e.g. Penguins, Pelicans, Fishing and Beach) are all within a comforable walking distance.
