Recently refurbished 3 bedroom home located directly across from the beach and Yacht Club. Uninterrupted sea views from the new spacious deck, your stylishly furnished living rooms and main bedroom. Sleeps up to 8 people with bedding consisting of 2 x Queen Beds and 1 x Bunk Bed, 1 x Sofa Bed in the lounge and a luxurious appointed bathroom; 2 TVs with DVD and Austar cable TV; Fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, laungry with washing machine and drier, a cot a a high chair, and all facilities needed to make your holiday stress free! All linens are provided.

Locality

Location, location,location!
The property is a short drive or a comfortable walk away from the Kingscort town centre, yet in a very relaxed and quiet part of town. The beach is calm and safe for a dip in the sea, even for the little ones. Also very close to the rock pool located near the town center. Convinient for those whose are short of food or drinks!

Property

The house is set up with everything in mind! It has aircon in the main part and seperat heating and funs in all the bed rooms. The newly finished deck is 4mx10m with build in wide bench seating and a 1.5mx1.5m coffee table. A breakfast, afternoon tea, a BBQ or even an evening drink will so enjoyable, you will never want to leave!
