This stunning sandstone home, built over 3 levels. With master bedroom and private sitting room on top floor. Also full bathroom with bath, shower, wc and dressing room. Main floor consists of 2 living areas, one formal and the other for TV or library reading. Also consists of sunroom surrounded by tropical garden, very well equipped kitchen and fully stocked linen room and laundry. These rooms lead on to 2 ensuited double bedrooms. This floor is surrounded on 3 sides with verandahs and deck with pool and spa, garden and barbeque area. The ground level has a granny flat, with large TV, kitchenette, wc and outdoor garden hot and cold shower. Also on ground level is garage and gym area.

Duranbah is located just behind Kingscliff. Most homes in the area are situated on acreage. Tropical Fruit World is nearby. A 10 minute drive takes you into Kingsclif - the "It" town of NSW, "new Noosa", etc. There are many cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. Of course the beach is superb.

Property

The substantial house is nestled in a tropical garden and 60 acreas of lush pastures and trees. You may wish to bring your horses or pets. The property is gated and barbed wire fenced.
