Holiday house

This fabulous Beach Side House is superbly positioned in exclusive Southern Casuarina Beach.

Architect designed and family friendly, it is ideal for a relaxed beach holiday.

The open plan living area comprises lounge, dining and kitchen and flows to a large north facing deck overlooking the pool. The large wrap around deck area is framed by gorgeous plantation shutters.

Cooking for the family in the well appointed kitchen, complete with Miele appliances, will be a pleasure, or fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco on the deck overlooking the pool.

Relax in your King size bed with the sound of the ocean as you are drifting off to sleep. The master bedroom has a luxurious ensuite complete with a hydrotherapy spa bath, perfect for that relaxing candle lit bath or to soothe the muscles after beach cricket!

The second and third bedrooms are spacious and have a pull out trundle in each, one converts to a King size bed,sleeping two in each room. There is room for more if you need it! Both have large built ins.

A modern bathroom and fully equipped laundry complete the picture.

Outside you'll find an outdoor shower, perfect for a rinse off after the beach before plunging into the pool!

A fully fenced yard allows you to bring your friendly, family pet with you.

Just a short stroll through the dunes, you will find the stunning Casuarina Beach, you could be anywhere, there are no houses visible from the beach. In high season and school holidays the beach is flagged at the central entrance.

You'll find two parks only 50m away and 5km of bike path at your doorstep. There are plenty of safe areas to walk, skate or scoot!

Casuarina Rec. Club is only a bike ride or walk away. Facilities include two heated pools, fully equipped gym, yoga and fitness classes & two tennis courts.

Locality

The Beach House is located in Casuarina on the New Tweed Coast.

Drive further south for 25 minutes to beautiful Byron Bay and the NSW hinterland. Visit the weekend markets from Bangalow to Coolangatta.

Head north along the beach to Salt where you will find more restaurants, the beachfront Salt Bar and for those in need of a little pampering, the Golden Door Spa.

Kingscliff is only a 5 minute drive away for grocery shopping, more cafes/restaurants, boutiques and movie theatre.

Further north, visit the Gold Coast Theme Parks – 30mins drive on the M1 towards Brisbane.

The Beach House is located 50m to Casuarina Beach. Swim, surf, learn to surf, fish, walk, ride or just sit and relax.

You are just metres away from the local parks, and only a walk or ride to the Sandbar & Grill Restaurant and Corner Shop, and Casurina Rec-Club.

Visit the Casuarina Rec-Club and enjoy use of the two heated pools, fully equipped gym including yoga and exercises classes, and two tennis courts. Swimming & Tennis lessons can also be arranged.

Book in for surf lessons at Surf Australia located at Central Casuarina, or hire a bike and enjoy the 5km track from North Casuarina through to Cabarita Beach.

Head south on the beach towards Cabarita and enjoy the spectacular views from the headland…. a favourite spot for dolphin and whale watching. Enjoy a meal at the local pub (great for family dining) or brekky at the beach front café.

Play Golf at the Cudgen Golf Club & Driving Range or at Pottsville, open to the public & only 5mins drive away.

For boating enthusiasts, the beautiful Tweed River is only 10 minutes away with full boat access at the Chinderah boat ramp.
