Beachside 4 1/2 Star Luxury Apartment

This luxury 2 BR first floor apartment 7111/2 is located in the southern arm of the complex. It looks out to the pacific ocean and enjoys a beautiful garden outlook to Mt Warning, in the distance, with its spectacular summer sunsets.
Features include:
Two Bedrooms both with state of the art stone en-suites and spa baths
The master bedroom features a king size bed and opens on to a large balcony off the living area.
The second bedroom features two joinable king single beds and opens on to a second private balcony.
Both balconies are supplied with outdoor furniture and sun lounges.
The open plan living and dining area look out over a beautiful tranquil garden with distant ocean views from the main balcony
The apartment is fitted with modern appliances and privacy is afforded by retractable plantation shutters throughout the apartment.
The resort is situated on Salt Beach, South Kingscliff which is a patrolled swimming and surfing beach. Beautiful gardens surround the complex which includes a huge beach entry pool, lagoon pool and spa, children's wading pool tennis courts, BBQ facilities, 8km of walking and cycling tracks, retail outlets and restaurants.
All resort amenities are available to you and with notice, additional cleaning and linen services can be provided at an extra cost during your stay .
To the rear of the complex lies the Cudgen Creek which is a wonderful, safe location for fishing, swimming, boating or enjoying a creekside barbecue.
Bikes and swimming equiptment can be hired from the resort.

We had the most wonderful time at Salt. The apartment was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. There were 3 televisions so everyone was able to watch what they wanted when we were either not at the beach, riding bikes, playing tennis, canoeing on Cudgen Creek, in the most beautiful pool or eating at the vast array of top class restaurants in the area. It is a magical part of the world away from all the high rise apartments of Surfers. We had a ball. Thankyou for sharing your little slice of heaven.

Locality

The Salt precinct at South Kingscliff is located on the thriving Tweed Coast and offers luxury and relaxation with easy access to the major attractions and activities of the region. The Salt precinct has been designed for your enjoyment. Restaurants in the area range from 5 star "Fins" and "Roughies" to a family Thai and a Pizzeria. Something for everyone when you need a break fom apartment cusine. Within a 2 minute walk is an IGA supermarket for supplies, a hairdresser, a great bottle shop, the Salt Bar and the best Gelateria in Australia.

Salt is perfectly poised to be your base for exploring the best of what the region has to offer. It is located a short 15 minute drive from the Gold Coast Airport. A 30 minute drive south sees you at Byron Bay and the same drive north will see you in Surfers Paradise. The amazing north coast hinterland with its famous Mount Warning is within a 45 minute travel and Brisbane can be reached in 1 hour and 10 minutes.
