Just sit back and relax in this second level property featuring two bedrooms; two bathrooms and a large balcony ideal for entertaining or just lounging.
The large master suite is tastefully decorated with large walk in robe and sitting area. The ensuite has dual vanity basins, massaging shower and deluxe bathtub. The second bedroom is roomy and comfy with queen size bed. A roll away bed is provided for a additional bedding and nursery equipment is available, please enquire upon booking.
The open plan lounge/dining area is ideal for entertaining or just relaxing and by opening up the bi fold doors allows you to enjoy the best of the sea breezes and the space this area offers. The large balcony has outdoor sun lounges,seating and bbq, ideal for entertaining or just sitting back and relaxing and has views to the ocean and Mt Warning.
The fully equipped kitchen featurs Smeg Oven and hotplate; microwave; fridge and everything you need if you choose to cook rather than eat out. There is a LCD TV, a sound system, and a DVD player in the lounge, with an additional LCD and DVD in main bedroom. The laundry is also fully equipped with washing machine and iron, ironing board and drying facilities in outside courtyard.
The apartment is one of two in a purpose built property and comes with its own private entrance and car space.
Booking also includes access to internet modem and access to boogie boards and beach chairs. Exit clean included in tariff, security/damage deposit required and will be returned within 7 days subject to satisfactory condition report.
All linen, cleaning products and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.

Locality

Kingscliff is part of the Tweed Coast situated on the far north coast of New South Wales, Australia, about 30 minutes south of the Gold Coast and about 30 minutes North of Byron Bay. With 2km of golden sandy beaches stretching from Cabarita to Fingal, Kingscliff is just perfect for the family holiday.

Kingscliff has a great stretch of patrolled golden beaches that are great for surfing, rock fishing, swimming or just soaking up the sun. Various water sports, canoeing, crab fishing are available in the nearby Cudgen Creek as well as River cruises and many other activities waiting for you on the Tweed River.

Beach Activities
The Ocean beach is patrolled by the Salt Surf Life Saving Club. This is a popular destination for surfers, sun-lovers, people eager to do a little fishing, whether it be river or beach fishing, and those who just want a lazy, family holiday. The beaches in the Kingscliff area are particularly beautiful and far less crowded than the more popular beaches further north.

The Golden Door Spa at Salt, Kingscliff is the largest resort spa run by Australia's leading health and spa operator, The Golden Door.

Humpback whales travel pass Tweed Heads (Gold Coast) to the warmer waters off Hervey Bay to mate and give birth. Heading south they pass the coastline showing off their new baby calves and can be seen from many vantage points around the area. Watching tours out of the Gold Coast run between June and October as the Humpbacks migrate up and down the east coast of Australia.
