"Quite pleasant, rooms are nice.
I found the service was not up to expectations. Had to ask for the fire to be lit and would have thought paying for dinner and drinks, would enable us to have an extra glass of wine without charge, seeings as we didn't finish the bottles. made to feel like asking for things was an issue ie can we use the bottle opener. Small things that make te experience relaxed."
