4 townhouses, each are identical in design and building structure, but each has different furniture and bedding set up, you will be booked into the next avail. home. Properties sleep from 6 - 8 people. King Tide Unit 6 is detailed below. The other homes haves variations to the details below. ie. one is pet friendly. One has a bath only (no spa), two have LCD TV's.

King Tide Townhouse Unit 6: 4.5 Star beachside retreat boasting all of lifes luxuries, while still being an affordable place to stay. Ideal for families, couples and singles alike. Conveniently located across the road from the main Ocean Grove surf beach and also across the road from the Barwon River. Inside: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spa bath, 4 leather lounges, two lounge areas, LCD TV, video & DVD players & full size cot. Library of over 200 DVDs and videos, as well as CDs, books, games, beach and play equipment, portable massage bed with MP3 plug in, air hockey table, fooz ball table, beach towels, chairs, rugs and picnic basket, fully appointed kitchen and laundry (inc. dryer), breakfast provisions, fully air conditioned, fully heated, all linen, bath robes, slippers (yours to keep) and toiletries, cot, highchair, stair gates, baby bed.

Outside: fully enclosed and private yard, children's playgym, north and west facing decks with 2 outdoor settings and BBQ, banana lounges, surfboards, boogy boards, lots of beach toys and games (cricket etc), tennis raquets, umbrellas, beach shelters, trikes. Garage and private parking for two vehicles.

No Kids? We can remove all child related items prior to your arrival. Just let us know at time of booking.

King Tide Townhouse guests enjoy being in the closest position to the main surf beach & the Barwon River in Ocean Grove. At only 200 paces, you can enjoy the beach at any time and duck home whenever it suits. The Dunes restaurant, nature walks, a bike track to Barwon Heads and beyond, and the surf life saving club is also at your doorstep. The main shopping precint is only 1 km from King Tide, as is the library, internet cafe's & banks.

The beautiful Great Ocean Road, Queensliffe, Point Lonsdale & Geelong are 15 minute drives.

Ocean Grove & surrounds is full of attractions, from skydiving, dolphin watching, beautiful walks along beaches, around lakes and along designated tracks, surfboard hire, nature reserves, wineries, the Blues Train, mini-train rides, indoor swimming adventure playground, The famous Adventure Park (Oct-April), Amaze-N-Games, ferry services, joyflights, Naval & Martime Museum, fishing charters, boat hire, Ford Discovery Centre, National Wool Museum, Fort Museum, and ample championship golf courses.

We set up the houses according to the needs of the individual guests. Want surboards, golf clubs, fooz ball table, portable massage bed, toys, games, etc - please ask in advance and we will have the house geared specifically to your needs. Perhaps you need a Ben10 doona on the kids bed, an extra trike or scooter, later check out for the sake of the kids sleeping routine, or perhaps a babysitter for the evening.

Festive Seasons: A Christmas tree, adorned with decorations, a giant Santa (yes, life size) and giant wall Santa’s are available if you are travelling in the festive season. Please note: we can only supply these items if requested at the time of booking to give us time to prepare.
