Moseley Cottage was built over 60 years ago, with polished wooden floors, high ceilings and lots of charm. It caters for up to 7 people in 3 separate bedrooms. Clean and tidy with all facilities to make your stay comfortable including a dishwasher.
A large lounge is equipped with TV, Video player, and DVD player. A selection of DVD'S and Videos are available for family viewing.
A Sunroom at the front of the house is set up with a comfortable couch, a variety of reading material, and toys for the kids to entertain themselves.
The bathroom has a fullsize bath, to relax after a hard day.
Washing machine and outside clothes line.
Full kitchen, with toaster, microwave, and fridge etc.
Provisions for a cooked breakfast, and continental breakfast, are left in the Cottage, along with everything you need to make a cup of tea or coffe.

Pets welcome (conditions apply!)There is an outside kennel for large dogs, and small housetrained dogs are welcome inside.
Fully fenced back yard, secure for pets and children, with an aviary of budgies for your enjoyment. The backyard is a very relaxing place to sit and listen to the birds chattering.
A gas BBQ is also provided for guests to use.
A carport provides undercover, off-street parking.
There are plenty of books and reading material in the house, feel free to browse the books and have a read. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning for heating and cooling is situated in the lounge-room and the second bedroom.
With an electric blanket on the queen bed, and extra heater supplied.

Kimba is home to the Big Galah, which, along with a bakery and Gem Shop, is across the road from Moseley Cottage.
Kimba is also one of South Australia's grain growing areas, with most land being used for wheat, and sheep.
Situated Halfway Across Australia, between Sydney and Perth, to the North are the Gawler Ranges, and to the East are a number of Salt Lakes.
If you are heading West to Perth, then you are only hours from the Nullarbor,and Whale watching at the Head of the Bight.
To the South, Pt Lincoln and Tumby Bay, are only a couple of hours drive.
The newly renovated Kimba Hotel is a short walk from the cottage, as are the Newsagent, Supermarket, Post Office, Gift Shop, and Main Street.
The Cleve Field Days are held every second August, and are 40 minutes drive from the cottage.

Moseley Cottage is a smoke free home, but you are welcome to smoke out-side. In the back-yard, a table and seating is available for you to enjoy the peace and privacy of the fully enclosed backyard.
Make yourself a cuppa in the kitchen and take it outside with you.
The master bedroom also has a TV, video, and electric blanket, so if you are looking for an early night in bed either to watch TV or read, then you can do so in comfort.
The sunroom is the ideal place to read the morning paper, with a cuppa and watch the highway outside your front window come to life.
