Holiday house
Upstairs there are two queen bedrooms including linen, each with their own bathroom and private verandahs on to the garden. This floor also includes the kitchen, lounge and dining rooms which open out to the front deck. This is the main rental and downstairs is only available for additional people in the same booking.
Downstairs has another queen bedroom, a children's room with three single beds, lounge room with kithenette and a bathroom/laundry. This area is available for an additional $50 per adult per night and $25 per child per night and includes doona covers and pillow cases only.
"The Deck at Killcare exceeded our expectations. Great care and attention to detail meant that the house was equipped with everything one could possibly need. The deck itself was our favourite spot for breakfast, long lazy games of scrabble and evening BBQs. The minature table tennis was a thoroughly enjoyable novelty. The location was superb, with great walks, a beautiful beach and a feeling of privacy afforded by the extensive national park."

Locality and Property
The area is surrounded by bushland and beautiful beaches and bays. Nearby are cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, bushwalks, golf, tennis, boating, fishing, surfing and swimming. Killcare is located away from the hustle and bustle of the Central Coast and is an undiscovered paradise.
The house is generously equipped with everything you need for your comfort including pantry supplies (coffees, teas, milk, oils, vinegars, spices and herbs, condiments, kitchen papers, serviettes, candles etc) and house supplies (tissues, toilet paper, soap, detergent, first aid kit, torches etc). Also included is firewood and BBQ gas, sharp knives, coffee machine and plenty of surf and fishing equipment and toys available for guest use.

RATES
Rates are based on up to 4 people in the two upstairs queen bedrooms including all linen.
Additional people (up to 5 in downstairs queen bedroom and triple room)
$50 per adult per night/$25 per child per night. (mimum $100 per night)
Only doona covers and pillow slips included downstairs
(optional sheets & bath towels available downstairs for $25 per person).
LOW SEASON:
(12 June- 20 Sep 2012) $750 weeekends, $300 per night Sun-Thurs, $2200 per week.

Adult retreat
Tranquil and quiet with no interruptions.
Upstairs has two queen bedrooms each with their own bathroom and private verandah overlooking the peaceful garden. Linen is included. The lounge and dining rooms open on to a huge deck with a barbeque and distant water views over bushland. The location is 300 metres from Killcare Beach which makes it much quieter than right on the beach with it's carpark and surf club. There is an open log fire, DVD, stereo and Foxtel TV for your entertainment.
In the garage is a full size Pool Table and surf boards for use and upstairs also has a table tennis room.
Downstairs has the option of sleeping extra adults or children if required but is never rented out separately so two couples can enjoy the wonderful house to themselves.

The deck is on the second level amongst trees and is visited by a variety of bird species. The backyard is also frequented by local birds including a resident brush turkey who has a mound just off the back verandahs.
