Locality
Kiama is a well-known Tourist town on the NSW south coast, between Wollongong and Nowra.
Kiama is best known for the famous Kiama Blowhole ("Kiama" means "where the sea makes a noise") and the beautiful Jamberoo Valley dairy farms.
As Kiama is so close to the sea, we are lucky to have a very temperate climate, with the temperature mostly between 10 and 27 degrees C.
In summer, clean surf beaches, ever pleasant climate and closeness to Sydney attracts couples and families to experience the many attractions Kiama has to offer.
In winter, the mild climate, closeness to beachside and wilderness walking trails, markets, unhurried lifestyle and close access to the nearby South Coast, Southern Highlands and Canberra, make it the place to stay when visiting colder climate festivals and attractions.
Property
Kiama Bed & Breakfast and Cottage is quietly situated between the mountains and the sea on a tree-studded landscaped acreage surrounded by lush green dairy farm country.
Views over the Jamberoo Valley ensure the guest of hours of relaxation on the furnished verandahs soaking up the summer or winter sunshine.
The main guest house first floor houses 2 separate Bed and Breakfast rooms with common lounge, dining and tea/coffee making area.
The cottage is separate to the main house and also has 2 Bed & Breakfast suites with common guest area, or can be booked "self-contained" for groups of up to 8 people.
Winding garden paths take the garden fancier through interesting "secret" gardens, bird sanctuaries and childrens play areas.
