Great for 1 family, or Special price for 2 adults is fine plenty of room,
for 2 families,

3 bedrooms, and rumpus with 2 sofas.

With 2 Seperate living areas. Two bathrooms. 2 toilets. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.Timber Floor and Tiled Floors Carpet in bedrooms..Extra Large Kitchen with dishwasher microwave.Split level town house.Internal laundry and washing machine. clothes dryer and ironing facilites. double garage, and Lots of Off street parking. On first level we have Master bedroom with ensuite, then down 4 steps to living area. with Kitchen which looks out to back yard and Oceanviews,Down stairs we have 2 more bedrooms with Ex-large bathroom Laundry and toilet. Rumpus room.with another court yard This room as 2 sofa's and T.V. Dvd for extra guests. .2 minutes drive to town.Very close to Kendals Beach, Kiama Rock Pool.Lots and Lots of close by picnic Areas. NIGHTLY STAYS FROM $90 - $175 A BOTTLE OF WINE STRAWBERRIES AND CHOCOLATE ON ARRIVAL.
