This refurbished house has timber floors, four bedrooms, with another rumpus room that can be made into a bedroom. Large sun-drenched balcony at the back, with BBQ. Great yard for the kids. On the ocean side, the formal lounge area opens to the front balcony.

Three bedrooms upstairs, with spa and bathroom and toilet. Huge entertaining kitchen and family room for the gourmet cook. Two queen-size beds upstairs and two singles.

Downstairs formal entry and rumpus room with fold out sofas, with another laundry and toilet, shower and huge bedroom with queen-size bed and fold out sofa. Huge 2 car garage and plenty of off-street parking. The house is well-heated.

Great for a golfing weekend - just a 2 minute walk to the golf course.

Complimentary chocolates and a bottle of wine on arrival.

From $150 per night, depending on the number of guests.

We had a lovely stay at the house. The views are magnificent. We even got to see whales swimming past from the verandah. What a lovely addition to a great break.

Locality

Only 1.5 house from Sydney, Kiama is a thriving seaside town only minutes to Gerringong, Jamberoo and Gerros. Situated on a headland, the house has fantastic cliff walks to the Minnamurra River around the headland.

2 minutes walk to the Kiama Golf Course, for golf or dinner and there is a gourmet coffee shop nearby, perfect for breakfast or lunch. The chocolate massage, beauty and body shop is next door.

Panoramic ocean views, walk to Cathedral Rocks. There are bicycle and walking tracks along the beach and headland. Beach and rock fishing.
Short walk to supermarket, patisserie, bottle shop and takeaway.
