Holiday house

Newly renovated with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 living areas, raised dining area, gourmet kitchen with induction cooking, breakfast bar and 2 bathrooms. Relax on the shaded garden deck with northern exposure, or enjoy the sunset and crashing surf from the large entertainment deck with bar-b-que. Eden has 5 different outdoor seating areas.

Just walk out the door and it is 200 meters down the path to the sands of north Bombo, a patrolled beach, or the spectacular Bombo Headland. A short stroll takes you to Kiama's famous Boneyard, a protected beach and cove with great fishing and surf, or the majestic Cathedral Rocks.

This home features work by local artists, 2x106cm Plasma TV's, stereo system, DVD players , dishwasher, gourmet appliances and cooking gear, microwave, 2 queen bed's, 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

Its a 2 minute drive to Kiama or just walk across the beach to enjoy many of Kiama's cafes, pubs and restaurants, or explore Kiama's two blowholes and rock pools. Jamberoo Water Park, Minnamurra river, Minnamurra rainforest and several wineries are just a short drive away.
Austar television and outdoor jacuzzi and fire pit. Firepit available for small groups only and if arranged beforehand.
