Crimson Villa is nestled within it's own spacious garden area, secluded above Catalina Reserve in the Blue Mountains National Park wilderness with picturesque mountain walks and spectacular views nearby. Close to the main mountain village of Katoomba yet far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Feed the abundant birds from Crimson Rosella's to King Parrots and Bower Birds in the garden. Only a few minutes to the Three Sisters, Scenic Railway and Katoomba's cafes and galleries.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room and laundry facilities. In the lounge there is a flat screen TV, DVD and Video along with a selection of DVD's, videos, books, magazines and games. Sleeps up to five, with one queen bed, two singles and the lounge converts to a sofa bed if required.

A romantic, yet family friendly, self-contained home-away-from-home with clean lines and a colorful aura this is a modern contemporary Blue Mountains experience ready for you to enjoy.

We highly recommend Crimson Villa for your stay in the beautiful Blue Mountains. In our 3 week tour of Victoria and NSW Crimson Villa was our favorite place to stay and surprisingly, it was also the most reasonably priced. We found it clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen window looks out over a beautiful garden where we enjoyed watching the birds, especially the kookaburra. Locality

Located 90 minutes from Sydney this is a perfect getaway to uplift your senses and blow the cobwebs away.

Enjoyable in summer or winter this is a place you can seek a wonderful experience whatever the weather brings.....from misty nights to clear blue sky days there is something to do. Look out for the snow too.......its sure to happen when you least expect it!

We are centrally located and within minutes of the Three Sisters, Scenic World and many of the famous lookouts along Narrowneck.

Enjoy the wonderful mountain villages from Wentworth Falls and Leura to the main mountains town of Katoomba and further west to Blackheath.

If the weather rolls in - take a trip out to Jenolan Caves 70 kms away to see the most magnificent caves network in the southern hemisphere.

We have an array of wet weather activities to keep you busy including the famous mountains artists trails and galleries and bookshops. The eclectic mix of vintage clothing shops you can only find in Katoomba.

Crimson Villa has two bedrooms, large bathroom with mini bath and shower, separate toilet and laundry facilities. A fully equipped kitchen with separate lounge and dining areas. North facing balcony with BBQ table and chairs.
Main bedroom elegantly presented with queen bed, electric blanket, dresser, lamps, heater and wardrobe.
Second bedroom has twin beds, electric blankets, dresser, lamp, heater and wardrobe. Porta cot and high chair available on request.
The lounge can be converted to a sofa bed and has a large flat screen TV, video and DVD player with movies to enjoy and a games cupboard full of games.
Kitchen is fully fitted with electric stove, fridge and microwave. Dining table and chairs, and we even have a small children's table and chairs for the little folk.
