The architecturally designed house features modern open plan living with a well equipped kitchen, a large stone fire place, reverse cycle air-conditioning, four generous bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living and dining area is filled with natural light that overlooks the pool and deck area, perfect for indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. It opens up directly to the pool deck through large glass doors that slide right back to allow the outdoors to be welcomed in. The deck is the perfect place for alfresco dining with a large four burner barbecue and outdoor setting. There is also a generous rustic dining table with bench seating for up to twenty under a vine covered pergola.

Each of the beautifully appointed bedrooms enjoys easy access to modern Travertine tiled bathrooms. Upstairs the master bedroom is a private retreat that enjoys prime views of the escarpment from it's own balcony. It has a large ensuite containing a spa bath also designed to enhance the view while you relax in the bath with a glass of champagne. Each bedroom has it's own individual style with a unique view of the surrounding landscape.
