Holiday apartment

This fully furnished two bedroom apartment is primely positioned in the heart of Kangaroo Point. With its beautiful views of both the Brisbane River to the east and the Story Bridge to the north, this apartment is sure to suit all your needs. Only a short stroll to the Holman Street Ferry, and a 4 minute ride across the river and you are in the heart of the CBD.

Being surrounded by trees and water, you really do feel a sense of peace and tranquility in this north east facing apartment. It offers the perfect balance between inner city living and the fabulous facilities of Kangaroo Point.

'Bridgewater Crest' is located alongside the Dockside precinct so you are able to enjoy the local restaurants and cafes, plus two convenience stores for your everyday shopping needs. The Story Bridge Hotel is only a minute from your door.

The complex facilities include a resort style pool and spa, a gym and sauna. The beautiful tropical gardens are for your enjoyment and open out on to the river boardwalk. All parking is undercover security with visitor parking available, and the complex offers state of the art security for your peace of mind.
