Cottage, Holiday house

If you are looking for a cheap, quiet, modern clean family style home then we have a holiday home that could suit you.

Aimed at families and children the home is a fully self contained brick/ tin roof, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage which comfortably sleeps 8 people and has undercover parking & extra room for a boat and plenty of grassed play areas.

This is a child friendly home with a swing set, portacot, highchair and play corner provided

Tucked away at the top end of a quiet, safe, cul-de-sac, near the popular childrens rock pools " Blue Holes" you can drift off to sleep with the sound of the waves crashing on the beach only 300m away .

Only 10 min walking distance (approx) to the town centre, shops, cafe's, restaurants and the calm waters of Chinamans beach where children can swim in safety.

Sitting high with verandahs around 3 sides it catches the lovely seabreeze early. Our home is insulated assisting in keeping the house cool or heated depending on the time of year.

Powerful Reverse cycle airconditioning is provided to the main living area. Ceiling fans are provided for the 2 master bedrooms and a pedestal fan to the bunk room

Comfortably furnished and cleaned for your arrival. New modern 81cm LCD TV with DVD / CD Player, good sized new Fridge/ Freezer, auto Wash machine, ironing board and iron, smoke alarms etc.. For the fisherperson, the boat ramp and beach is only a few minutes down the road. Gas BBQ outdoor setting, swings for the kids and lock up shed.

Fully Self Contained, however you will need to bring your own towels, sheets Q/S or single and pillow slips. (blankets Pillows, doonahs / covers & matteress protectors supplied.)

The house is NOT serviced but is cleaned ready for your arrival.

Large groups / young persons require a bond prior to rental NO PETS OR SCHOOL LEAVERS

Locality

The first landing in Australia was recorded in Kalbarri at Wittacarra creek in 1629, 150 yrs before Capt Cook.

Kalbarri was settled as a town in the 1950's, and has a pristine coast line great fishing, surfing, coastal and inland gorges

Peak Periods - School holidays and long weekends -$950 per week $190 per night.
Note School holidays must be 1 week blocks Sat - Sat(except Xmas)

Off peak - $750 per week or $150 per night.
Minimum 3 nights stay all periods
