Situated in the middle of the major tourist route of South Coast Road, immediately opposite the Seal Bay Road, Kaiwarra is the closest accommodation to the Seal Bay national park.

A group of self-catered cabins situated on 35 acres of land in a tranquil rural setting nestled against native gum trees around a winter lagoon.Water birds, wild flowers and native animals are on your doorstep depending on season.

Our fully-licensed in-house restaurant, Kaiwarra Food Barn, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves a variety of meals including local produce.

Locality

Kaiwarra is an ideal base for visiting Seal Bay, Little Sahara, Kelly Hill Caves, Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch and Flinders Chase national park.

A fifteen minute drive will take you to the spectacular Vivonne Bay beach for surfing, fishing, fun golf and other attractions, as well as the Vivonne Bay general store for your food, fuel, etc.

Situated 20 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from Kingscote, and 50 minutes from the ferry.
