Fully furnished family home 3 compact bedrooms with wardrobes. Ideally sleeps 6 - Queen bed and 4 singles. Can accommodate up to 4 extras on fold out sofas in separate half of living area. Its not the Ritz but is very tidy and comfortable.
Large Shower, separate toilet and vanity basin, 2nd toilet off laundry for living/pool area.
Security doors and screens. Roomy kitchen and living areas. Double Carport

10 minutes walk to railway station, then 35 minutes to central city by train (connecting to all major areas including Gold Coast) Day passes available for the trains/buses/city cat ferries – excellent value.
· 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to major shopping centre – supermarkets, cinemas, ten pin bowling, Gymnasium, food court.
· 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to all fast food outlets
· Only 30 minutes drive to airport or take the Air Train
