Modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained fully furnished villa sleeps 6. Main bedroom with queen bed, air conditioner and ensuite. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms with 2 king single beds in each. 2nd bathroom with separate toilet. Open plan living, dining room & kitchen. Laundry with washer & dryer. Private courtyard with outdoor setting and BBQ. Extra mattress available for 2 additional guests. Off street parking and carport for 3 cars with space for boat and trailer. 200 metres to beach, playground, shops & tavern. Common BBQ facilities and Swimming pools in complex. 2 hours drive North of Perth to Turquoise coast, glorious beaches, fantastic for families and weekend getaway.

The Jurien Beach Villa is a great stay for a family or group of friends. We stayed for a week and our kids loved to swim in the pool and at the beach. The villa even had games, magazines and puzzles for the kids!

Jurien Bay is 2 hours drive north of Perth. Jurien Bay has fabulous beaches perfect for boating, fishing, swimming and windsurfing.
30 minutes drive to famous Pinnacles National Park. Jurien Bay is small town with supermarket, bakeries, service station, tavern, public playground, jetty.
Experience the new coastal highway travelling north from Perth.

Jurien Beach Villa is completely self contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities, flat screen TV, private courtyard, BBQ and 3 spacious bedrooms.
Parking space for boat and trailer available at villa with direct access to Sandpiper Street.

Beach

Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, Less than 5 minutes drive to the beach, Relax by the pool after the beach.

The beach is only 200m walk (one street to cross) from the villa. Jurien Bay is a beautiful bay with crystal blue water and is very safe for children. The locals and tourists fish from the jetty and beach daily and the local sea lion can also be seen near the jetty looking for fish!

Canoeing & Kayaking

Guests welcome to bring their own canoe/kayak, Secure storage facilities available, Less than 5 minutes walk to water, Less than 5 minutes drive to water.

Jurien Bay has no surf or waves making it ideal for canoeing and kayaking. The villa has a storage shed and courtyard which are both secure for storing any cnaoe/kayaks.

Family Friendly

Plastic crockery and cutlery available for children, Games/videos for children under 5 available, Games/videos for children between 5 and 12 available, Games/videos for children over 12 available, Fenced/safe outdoor play area.

The villa has a secure courtyard and is also part of a complex with toddlers pool and larger pool. The villa is only 200m from the children's playground on the foreshore.
