Holiday house

Our holiday house at Cervantes is the perfect place to escape, unwind and recharge. Only 5 min stroll to the beautiful beach which is excellent for swimming (great kids beach), boating, fishing, wind and kite surfing. Also close to the world famous Pinnicles(15 min drive). Comfortable 4x2 neat and tidy family holiday home. Sleeps up to 14 people - suitable for 1, 2 or 3 families. Fantastic alfresco area, with large outdoor setting, table tennis and BBQ, compliments large house. The house is fully furnished with full kitchen and laundry and has ducted, reverse cycle airconditioning.

Locality

We are situated in a quiet part of the tranquil fishing village of Cervantes, just 5 min stroll to the beautiful beaches at Hansen Bay and Thirsty Point. Lookouts at these beaches enable you to take in stunning views of surrounding oceans, beaches, township and bushland. Nearby points of interest are the Pinnacle desert, Lake Thetis and the turbines of the Wind Farm. Wildflowers around Cervantes are stunning in spring. The town of Jurien Bay, a 25 minute drive north of Cervantes, is worth a visit.

Rates are for up to 6 people. For extra people - $10 per person per night (adults and children)
$250 - Peak: school holidays (Dec, Jan, April, Oct)- min 7 night stay, long weekends - min 3 night stay
$200 - Mid peak: July school holidays, and months of October, November, December, February, March, April (excluding school holidays and long weekends)
$170 - Off peak: months of May, June, July, August, September,(excluding school holidays and long weekends)
$250 bond applies to all bookings. Bond is $300 if you are bringing a pet. We reserve the right to deduct $25 per hour from this bond for cleaning, if the house requires cleaning after your departure.
Cancellations: If the property is re-let, any payments made will be refunded less admin fee of $150. If the property is not re-let deposit paid will be forfeited.
