This modern two-storey villa offers two living areas, one at the front of the property and another at the rear which has views to the golf course through the patio doors. The well appointed kitchen offers all the facilities you will need for your stay and includes a breakfast bar. The adjacent dining room has a feature fireplace, dining table and chairs for 6 and yet again more beautiful views to the golf course and bush-land.

A downstairs stairs WC, utility room and shopper access to the garage completes the ground floor accommodation.

The second floor consists of a Master Suite containing a Queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe and a luxurious en-suite which includes both bath and shower. The Master suite also boasts its own private balcony.
