Enjoy the resort lifestyle offered by this centrally located, air conditioned, fully furnished, immaculately clean, self contained townhouse in a paradise beyond the hustle and bustle of city life, yet still only 20 minutes from the dynamic cosmopolitan City of Perth.

This stunning but comfortable 4 X 3 two storey villa is situated a stone throw away from Australia's premier GOLF COURSE designed by Robert Trent Jones. It offers a challenging 27 holes to most discerning golfers. Residents can utilize the hotel bar and restaurant facilities which include the Kangaroo Arms and the enjoyable alfresco dining at the Bistro 28. We stayed at Dave and Ingrid's Fairway Sands Villa as new immigrants to Perth in June 2007. This was the 2nd holiday home we stayed at since our arrival, and although the 1st was very nice, we all agreed that we wished we had stayed here from the start. The kids were happier with the upstairs rooms and the games and DVDs and books for their enjoyment. The adults were all happy with the well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area and bedrooms. There was not a single thing more that we could have asked

Need some RETAIL THERAPY or a movie ... Hop on the bus which can take you to Joondalup City Centre?

From Joondalup there is a train station. You could go by train to the city of Perth, Fremantle etc. For those that enjoy the exercise Joondalup City Centre is within walking distance.

Fairway Sands Villa is immaculately clean and offers home form home facilities. It is ideal for holiday accommodation or to start off your new life in Perth.

Downstairs: -
This house has a fully equipped open plan kitchen which includes a dishwasher, microwave, 4 plate gas cooker and electric oven with a warming draw.
Leading off the kitchen is the dining room which has been furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs.
The lounge room is furnished with a coffee table, TV, DVD player, 2 reclining chairs and a comfortable sofa.
Form the lounge is an alfresco area complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture and a Bali day bed. Ideal for a relaxing read.
The alfresco area is fully fenced which makes it safe for junior to play in. It is also protected from the Fremantle doctor....
You will also find a fully equipped laundry with an automatic washing machine and leading from here is a separate WC.
The downstairs 4th bedroom/ Rumpus room has a double folding futon bed and Television. This is ideal for a children’s activity room.
