Cottage, Holiday house

Blue Lake Cottage is located adjacent to parkland and is unoverlooked.

The airconditioned house comprises 2 bedrooms with queensized beds and one with bunk beds, separate bathroom and toilet, good sized kitchen, separate laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board, dining area, formal lounge and family room with woodburner for the colder evenings.

The beautiful, established garden is mainly laid to lawn with plenty of native trees and bushes affording ample shade. Covered patio area with garden furniture.

Locality & Attractions

Joondalup - Perth's Jewel in the North - is a vibrant city just 25 mins from Perth.

Our house is only 5 minutes from one of Perth's fabulous beaches in one direction and the City of Joondalup in the other.

Joondalup offers great nightlife and restaurants and nearby is Hillarys Boat Harbour with its boutique shops and restaurants, Mindarie Quays and Yanchep National Park are just a short drive away too.

Feed kangaroos and parrots at the beautiful lakeside Neil Hawkins Park in the heart of Joondalup. The Arena offers great sporting facilities and Australia's No 1 golf course - Joondalup Resort - is just a short drive away. Fish from the beaches, rocks or charter fishing vessels, whale watch, learn to scuba dive, walk, sunbathe, shop - it's all here!

Blue Lake Cottage is a single storey, detached house on a corner block and is unoverlooked.

There is a lockable carport and gates to the rear garden making it safe for children. The garden is mostly laid to lawn. The covered patio area is great for al fresco dining and the house itself is comfortably and tastefully furnished.

We politely request no children under 5 years of age.
