Cottage, Farm stays, Self-contained apartment

Beautiful Ocean views, woodfires, fully self contained and equipped with all the comforts. RC air con in 1 bedroom cottages. Two bedroom cottages have been recently updated with new furnishings and new kitchens. They are ideal for family holidays or stay in our secluded one bedroom spa cottage for that romantic getaway. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Enjoy bush walks around the farm or meet the friendly farm animals. Nearby attractions include 12 Apostles, Great Ocean Walk, Otway Fly Tree Top Walk, waterfalls, rainforests, and seaside towns.

Locality

Located midway between the 12 Apostles/Port Campbell (40 minutes) and Apollo Bay (40 minutes) on the Great Ocean Road. Our town, Lavers Hill, is located 10 minutes up the road. Nearby attractions include the Otway Fly Tree top walk (20 minutes) Johanna Beach (2 minutes down the road), step on points for the GREAT OCEAN WALK, and the surrounding Otway National Park with a wonderful range of waterfalls, rainforest walks and glowworms.

Property

Cottage's are located on our 280 acre working farm. Meet and feed the farm animals - pet sheep, goats, chooks, alpacas, farm dogs, ponies and donkeys.

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Food and water bowls provided, Bedding/sleeping area provided, Other domesticated animals reside at the property.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Inside bedding (ideally placed in the lounge by the fireside or in the cool of the laundry) doggy towells (after a swim at the beach or river) feed bowls, and yard and lots of info on pet friendly places to visit in the region. Off lead areas include the fern gully orchard walk and down along the river ~ Leads should be kept on at all times when near other guests or near our farm stock. Pets are welcome inside the cottages but not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. Pets should never be left in the cottage or on the property unsupervised ~ However, guests can book a 'short term, secure area' for short stays (3 hours) if wanting to visit non pet friendly areas in the region
