We are situated on the Great Ocean Rd in the Otway Ranges, between Johanna beach, the 12 Apostles, the Otway Fly and 3 min drive from the Glo worms @ Melba Gully. With spectacular ocean views over forest and farms. Either cottage caters for the disabled. Studio Spa Cottage 1 caters for couples, while cottage 2 is best for families or groups (up to 8 persons). We are new and beautifully appointed S/C cottages with an interesting personal touch and all the mod cons. which include; Spa(with ocean views), sat TV. R/C air con, and private BBQ's on the deck. Linen and towels are supplied. We have a good selection of books, Mags. and Toys as well as an interesting small playground for the kids. We are pet friendly with a warm rug & bowls provided. We alow pets inside and have an outside kennel.(Fees and conditions apply).

Locality

We are 7 mins. from Lavers Hill where there are a selection of places to wine and dine if you choose. Centeraly located ; We are only 2o mins from Johanna beach, the Otway fly, Moonlight Head, the 12 Apostles or the waterfalls,and 10 Mins from the Gelibrand river. We speak several languages and have a thorough knowledge of the area to assist you in enjoying your stay in the area.

Property

Our 7 Ha property is a bird haven with lovely fern tree gullies. Situated above the Milanesia valley you can enjoy a stunning ocean view over forest and farms with a distant view of the Cape Otway Lightstation. Watch Sheep and horses graze the property and the southern ocean for whales and ships.
