Cottage, Holiday house

Set on 4 acres of lawn and 3 acres of natural bushland including a walkway to a private picnic area within a fern gully by the side of a meandering stream.

Locality

Located 1km south of the Great Ocean Road and 3km from the magnificent Johanna Beach, "Muxy's Place" is nestled in the foothills of the Otway Ranges. It is close to the Otway Fly (tree-top rainforest walk), the 12 Apostles, numerous waterfalls and rainforest walks.

Property

The 22 square 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house is a solid pine construction with open plan living and panoramic views of local farmland, rolling green hills and native rainforest.

Dogs are more than welcome at our place. In fact it you allow your dog(s) inside your home then we allow them inside ours! All we ask is that you clean up after them and don't allow them on the furniture and beds. We also have a fully enclosed dog pen measuring 4.8m x 2.4m as well as 4 acres of lawn for them to run around on.
