Just off the Great Ocean Road, Johanna Alpacas B & B is centrally located to all major tourist attractions in the Otways region but with the advantage of total seclusion.
Picture yourself lying in bed overlooking the valley and natural gullies to Johanna Beach or stretching luxuriously whilst star-gazing in the heated outdoor spa after traversing the Great Ocean Walk. You will be delighted with the variety of birds prolific in this area; Supeb Fairy Wrens, Crimson Rosellas, King Parrots, Black Cockatoos, Kookaburras, Gang Gangs, ……not to mention the glorious sunsets.
Your accommodation is spacious with modern facilities including reverse-cycle heating and air-conditioning. For your convenience we have provided a small refrigerator and microwave to accompany the tea and coffee making facilities. The tariff includes continental breakfast provisions of cereals, tinned fruit, baked beans, toast and spreads, loose-leaf tea and plunger coffee. Of course, our chooks are happy to provide you with fresh free range eggs!
Come and meet our inquisitive alpacas. They love to be fed and because we have breeding females, you may be lucky enough to nuzzle a cria (baby alpaca).
