Blue Johanna Cottages offer the ideal cottage retreat for exploring the many wonders of the Great Ocean Road and Otway Ranges National Park. Centrally located in the picturesque setting of Johanna, spend the day exploring Apollo Bay, Cape Otway Lightstation, lush rainforest of the Otway Fly or perhaps a sunset over the Twelve Apostles in the Port Campbell National Park.

Bring along pooch knowing you will all enjoy one of Victoria’s most pet friendly holiday destinations. Your dog will treated as part of the family with their own cosy basket, towels to wipe paws, bowls and yummy treats on arrival.

The Otway and Johanna in-house suites are quite different from most B&Bs as there are no shared facilities between them. Each suite has its own entry from a guests verandah and features a Queen sized bed, linen & towels, TV, Video, Stereo, Couch, Breakfast making facilities including a Small fridge & Microwave, Twinings Teas, Instant & Plunger Coffee, Fresh Flowers, Homemade aromatherapy soap, Spa Gel and Candles. A continental breakfast basket is supplied for each morning. This basket includes yummy homemade bread, cereals, spreads, milk, butter, yoghurt, fruit juice and fruit packs.

The Johanna Suite is open plan & has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. This suite has beautiful views across our gardens and over the ocean. Our Otway Suite features a dining/breakfast room, bedroom with couch, TV & Video and an ensuite with a large corner Spa, shower, toilet and vanity. For evening meals there is a large gas BBQ with wok burner on the verandah, otherwise we highly recommend the Lavers Hill Tavern which is a 5 minute drive away. Lavers Hill also has a bakery, tearooms and a roadhouse.

Nestled in the heart of the Otway National Park and overlooking the Johanna Hills and Southern Ocean.

Blue Johanna Cottages and B&B are located just off the Great Ocean Road, 6km south of Lavers Hill.

Well behaved and house trained dogs are very welcome at Blue Johanna.

All doggies are supplied with a comfy basket, towels, bowls and treats on arrival.

We ask that dogs are not barkers to prevent disrupting other guests.
