Winterwood boasts spectacular views of Lake Jindabyne and the Snowy Mountains from the full length front verandah. It is just metres from conveniences and ski hire, and is an easy 35 minute drive to the ski fields of Thredbo or Perisher.

Winterwood provides comfortable, clean and spacious accommodation for up to 16 people with two fully equipped kitchens, two lounge areas (each with TV, DVD player and stereo), dining room, six bedrooms, laundry/drying room, and lockable ski racks for the winter season. All linen is supplied during the ski season, bedding only (no linen) supplied at other times.

There is ample off-street parking, gas and electric heating for the cooler months, and a gas BBQ on the front verandah so guests can make the most of the views.

Whether your aim is to have an action-packed winter skiing holiday, or a relaxing summer break, Winterwood is suitable for all.

Jindabyne, with its many specialty shops, restaurants and quaint cafes, has everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable - at any time of year.

Located approximately 2 hours drive from Canberra on the edge of Kosciusko National Park, Jindabyne and its surrounds provides visitors with an abundance of activities and attractions. The popular ski resorts of Thredbo and Perisher are an easy 35 minute drive from Jindabyne, providing unrivalled skiing in Winter and many outdoor activities and festivals during the warmer months. Adventurers can explore the unspoilt rivers and lakes, walking trails, spectacular caves and historic huts within the National Park. Or go boating, fishing, water skiing or kayaking on Lake Jindabyne. Other nearby activities include mountain biking, horseriding, rock climbing, abseiling, golf and tennis.
