This Unit is a 2 story 2 bedroom Unit with a full Kitchen and cooking facilities. There is a Sauna and a very effective heating system that will keep you warm and cosy throughout. Hot water plentiful and instant.
The main bedroom contains a comfortable Double bed and plenty of Wardrobe space.
The 2nd Bedroom contains a double bunk(singles).
In addition there are two comfortable single sofa's that can be utilised to sleep on.
There are plenty of Doona's/
Blankets and Pillows to accomodate up to 6 people(utilising the sofa's).
The Bathroom contains a shower/toilet/was basin and a big steel washing/soaking sink plus an effective wall heater. The sauna runs off this bathroom.
There is a beautiful Balcony facing North and the morning sun. Also a full view of the Snowy mountains as a daily weather check of mountain conditions.
This unit is very close to the Lake making it also ideal for summer and other Activities.
There is a full size Lock-up garage(weather protected) leading directly into the unit.
I have spent many winters in this Unit and have found it to be extremly comfortable, warm and very convenient to the snowfields and shops/restarants/Hotels etc..
Have also used it in summer and found it the perfect place to unwind /relax and "get away from it all".
