The Apartment fronts onto the Kosciuszko Road reserve which is well maintained and has a footpath / cycleway into town, only a couple of minutes level walk (450 metres) to Nuggets Crossing Shopping Centre, restuarants & shops, and a 5 minute walk to clubs & pubs and less than 250 metres from the waters edge; an attractive central Jindabyne location.

The Apartment looks directly north and as an "end" Apartment has substainsial light from the additional windows that such an Apartment enjoys as well as having only one common wall with adjoining apartments. It comprises a combined kitchen, dining and living room, which opens onto the balcony. Up a few steps is the second bedroom and a large bathroom with laundry facilities; a few more steps and you reach the main loft-style bedroom with ensuite and spa bath. The Apartment also has a large ski/board storage room.

Beechwood 10 Apartment is located an easy 2 minute level walk to shopping & restaurants at Nuggets Crossing and the Jindabyne Town Centre. This means no more strenuous walks up the steep back streets of Jindabyne where most holiday accommodation is located. No noisy staff accommodation either. It is also just 50 metres to the walking tracks around Lake Jindabyne.
