Cottage, Holiday house

Waterfront - on the beautiful St. Georges Basin and only 7 minutes from the pristine Jervis Bay.

10 minutes to the glorious Hyams Beach, and 12 minutes to the village of Huskisson.

Waterfront fully self-contained, AIRCONDITIONED, 3 bedroom cottage on the shores of St Georges Basin which comfortably sleeps 8. Elevated with undercover parking it offers views over the lake to the mountains. Ideal for the family holiday or for that romantic weekend away. Sandy beach for children located at the foot of the grassy level garden. A prawners and fishermans delight. Superb swimming, sailing, kayaking, canoeing and windsurfing.
Close to many other amenities including restaurants, Country Club, 2 golf courses, tennis courts, 2 national parks, whale/dolphin cruises, fishing & diving charters, walking tracks, cycle-ways. Only 7 minutes to the pristine waters of Jervis Bay Marine Park.

Locality

Waterfront - on the beautiful St. Georges Basin and only 7 minutes from the pristine Jervis Bay Marine Park.

10 minutes to the glorious Hyams Beach, 12 minutes to the village of Huskisson and 15 minutes to the award winning Booderee National Park with its renowned surfing beaches, Ruined Lighthouse, whale/bird watching platforms and other magestic beaches of white sand and turquoise water.

Property

The cottage has polished floorboards. The main bedroom has a new queen and trundle bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom downstairs, is a second living area and has a queen + 2 single beds(ideal for a second family or as a teen retreat). The lounge room consists of a two seater and a three seater sofa.
The cottage has a single bathroom consisting of a shower, toilet and vanity + hairdryer. There is another shower in the laundry as well as a cold outdoor shower. A second toilet exists outside.
The yard is enclosed by a waist-height wire fence( to keep your pup in) and there is undercover parking for three cars and plenty of parking for other vehicles and boats.
Relax on the back porch while enjoying the fabulous view and sunsets.
There is a microwave oven, dishwasher , T.V.s, D.V.D players., C.D. player, gas B.B.Q+outdoor settings and a phone for local calls.
LINEN can be supplied for an extra $20pp. You will need only to bring your beach towels. Otherwise you need to bring sheets, pillowslips and towels.

Pets are welcome. Dogs love the large, expansive lawn and they love to romp in the shallows. Their favorite spot is on the porch where they can keep a watchful eye over their turf. There are great walks to go on as well. All just at the end of the garden. We do insist, for good health practices, that you keep the pets off the beds and lounge.
Nearby, Jervis Bay has 2 wonderful dog friendly beaches.
