The solar passive contemporary house has everything to offer. It has been designed to achieve integration with the natural landscape, is oriented to the north and has a choice of patios to accommodate wind and weather. The house is cool in summer and cosy warm in winter. Every room has a view, which makes you feel a part of the surrounding bushland setting.

2 bedrooms (at either ends of the house)- One has a queen bed and the other has two single beds which can be zipped and locked together to form a King bed if required.

The location of Arthouse provides a holiday lifestyle to suit a wide variety of inclinations - native plant enthusiasts, bushwalking, mountain biking, swimming, snorkeling, diving, fishing, tennis, golf, cycling, cruises, art galleries, musuems, cafes, restaurants and service clubs and is a perfect place to simply just relax.

HIGH SEASON - $1330/wk,$380 for 2 nights. Includes December, January and Easter. MID SEASON- $910/wk, $340/2 nights. Includes Feb, March ( except Easter), April, Public Hol long weekends,School holidays Sept/Oct,Nov.
LOW SEASON- $770/wk, $290/2 nights. Includes May, June, July Aug, Sept, and Oct (ex school holiday). We require 50% deposit within 1 week of booking and the balance paid within a week of arrival. Nightly rates also available.
