Southerly Change is located one block from Jan Juc beach and within walking distance of cafes, golf, pub, and playgrounds.
This modern two story house has a living and parents bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. Open plan kitchen and living room is heated with an open fire and cooled with reverse cycle AC.
Southerly Change is ideal for hikers (one block from Surf Coast walk), mountain bikers, and surfers (Bells Beach is just 3km away). Jan Juc is also a great base to explore the Great Ocean Road and Bellarine Peninsula.
