Holiday house, Self-contained apartment

Island Beach Lodge is designed to maximize the pure viewing pleasure of Eastern Cove from American River to Rocky Point, while offering Italian leather sofas, flat screen TVs, modern kitchens and bathrooms and spacious living areas. The front lounge windows form a curved viewing platform with a stunning 20 metres of floor to ceiling frameless glass. Queen size pillow top ensembles feature in 5 of the bedrooms, and 4 x king singles are provided in the remaining two bedrooms. There are 6 large bathrooms (4 ensuites) to service the rooms and privacy has been factored in with separate exits to the large balcony areas from each upstairs bedroom.

Whether it is a group of friends, a large family or just work colleges, privacy in large groups can sometimes be difficult. With this in mind, an 8 metre long central wall was designed which can be closed or opened allowing the lodge to effectively become 2 separate apartments. These apartments can be serviced separately, each with their own fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry, combustion heater and 4 burner bbq.

Situated approximately 15km south of the ferry’s dock in Penneshaw, this northern aspect beach is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious sections of coastline that Kangaroo Island has to offer.

ISLAND BEACH LODGE RATES

A$ 650.00 per night (minimum 2 nights) or A$ 4,550.00 per week for 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Max 8 people
7 Bedrooms, 6 Bathroom option $1000.00 per night inclusive of linen.

17th Dec - 31st Jan, Easter break, all public holidays and school holidays.
A$ 1000.00 per night. (minimum 2 nights) 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (4 x ensuites).

LINEN IS INCLUDED - Linen includes towels, face washers, sheets and pillowcases, quilts and
blankets.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS AN ABSOLUTE NO PET POLICY.

Minimum stay is 2 nights. A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking, with the
balance payable 60 days prior to entry date. A bond of $1500 is payable with the balance but
is returned upon vacating provided booked numbers of people are not exceeded and there is
no property damage. Payment options are: Cheques, Visa or MasterCard, or Electronic Funds
Transfer
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
Cancellations more than 60 days prior to entry date will incur no charge. Cancellations less
than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to entry date will be charged at 50% of the total
deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to entry date will be charged at 100% of the
total deposit. If the Lodge is rebooked for the cancelled period, the forfeited deposit will be
returned less the cost of re-advertising.
