Holiday house

Beautiful brand new fully furnished two storey modern home. Pool and tennis court to provide hours of fun at home and a two minute walk to beautiful Island Beach. Four bedrooms, main with ensuite. Sleeps 10 people. 3 queen beds and 2 bunk beds. Family and kitchen upstairs with a large balcony area with spectacular views of Island Beach. Play tennis during the day. Relax in the spa or do a few laps in the pool day or night. Pets negotiable. Perfect house for a great holiday for families, couples or a group of friends. Pool and spa gas heater currently not working. (28/03/12). Solar heater is working to pool.

Location 15 kms from Pennashaw.
Island Beach is well known for its tranquil waters and magnificent wildlife. This safe swimming beach is perfect for a range of activities and in particular a paradise for fishing.

Pet friendly

Cats are permitted, Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area.

Dogs and cats are welcome as long as they are cleaned up after. Dogs are welcome to sleep inside. The only fenced area is inside the pool enclosure. We suggest that dogs that will try and jump in to the pool are not left unsupervised. We suggest that dogs that may chase wildlife not be left unsupervised as kangaroos are fairly strong and aggressive if threatened and could easily injure a large or small dog.

Wedding venue

Group accommodation available, Wedding venue only, catering to be arranged externally.

A great property for a hens or bucks night. A wedding party could get ready here or family could stay here when attending a wedding.
