Holiday house

Cassini Beach House is an architecturally designed luxury home which overlooks the pristine waters and white sands of Eastern Cove. Built to the highest standards the property enjoys stunning views from the extensive floor to ceiling windows and spacious outdoor deck. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom which both have ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, window seat for relaxing and reading, it also looks over the sea. There is another modern bathroom with quality fittings for guests' use.
The lving area has comfortable sofas,a large flat screen television, DVD player and library, Ipod dock, books and magazines. The kitchen has european appliances, cesarstone benches and amazing views.
Walk down the timber staircase to another living and sleeping area with self contained kitchenette. There is a living room looking out to the sea with sliding doors leading onto a patio area; this has another television and DVD player. There are 2 bedrooms, one with queen sized bed, another with twin singles and a bunk areas that sleeps 2. This area is serviced by a large modern bathroom and separate toilet.

There house has two deck areas, one at the front of the property overlooking the sea and the other at the rear. A teak dining table with chairs is provided for guests to enjoy outside dining and entertaining. There is a gas BBQ provided.

The property is certified by the Australian Tourism Accreditation association, ensuring that the highest quality of service is provided to guests.

Locality

Cassini Beach House is located on the seafront of beautiful Island Beach, locally referred to as Millionaire's Row. The beach is a 5km stretch of white sand, hedged by native shrubs and trees. The waters are usually calm and serene, perfect for swimming, snorkelling or just walking past.
There is beach launching for small boats at the end of the beach.

Property

The house itself is only a 50m walk to the beach through the bushes that line the beach. It is elevated enough to enjoy panoramic views of the coast and adjacent headlands, but private enough to feel like you are the only person around. The house is surrounded by native vegetation which provides a screen, ensuring privacy and the opportunity to observe the local birdlife.
