Modern luxury beach house on prestigious Island Beach a 5 km strip of pristine white sandy safe swimming beach.

Kangaroo Island is commonly thought of as the Jewel in South Australia's tourism crown & offers many opportunities to see wild life & to visit national parks & wilderness areas.

Breeze at Island Beach has been featured numerous times on travel shows such as Getaway.

With the beach a few steps away visitors to Breeze can choose to relax on the balcony taking in the magnificent view or tour the Island.

The house accommodates 10 people in 3 bed rooms ( 2x Queen size beds & 6 x singles )
It has 2 bathrooms, and laundry facilities.

The open planned living area includes 2 sitting areas, kitchen, dining room & opens onto a large deck overlooking the natural bush & coast line.

There is a gas BBQ & heat bead kettle as well as a fully equipped kitchen with oven hotplates & microwave.

Breeze is a wonderful destination for families, couples or friends & we guarantee you will not want to leave!
