This creates a very comfortable inner city lifestyle in this modern new renovation of a two story three bedroom terrace home and two bathrooms

.It's a short stroll to the famous cafes, restaurants and shops on Annadales popular Johnston St and there is street parking outside the front door.
Approximately 100 metres away is a dedicated peak hour City Bus stop .

Quality furnishings include leather lounge, French styled chair,plasma TV, polished modern timber flooring, modern well equipped kitchen with modern bar stools provide comfortable living. The dining table is unique as it has wheels so it can be wheeled out to enjoy dining on the deck next to the courtyard on a nice night
