100 kms north of Brisbane on the beautiful Sunshine Coast is the headland of Point Cartwright which is surrounded by water on 3 sides. Unsurpassed views are enjoyed by all who are lucky enough to live or holiday here.

You are within a 1 minute’s stroll both to the surf beach stretching for miles - on one side of the complex - and the Mooloolah river with its yachts
peacefully at anchor. Right on your doorstep are beautiful walking tracks, fishing opportunities, the beach, La Balsa waterfront park with its BBQ & outdoor gym facilities right on the water’s edge, Point Cartwright Nature Reserve and spit with its fabulous nature walks, and a great alfresco café serving delicious meals also with an outlook to the water. Or simply swim and relax in the sparkling pool downstairs whilst watching the yachts sail by.

Wake up to beautiful sunrises, dolphins frolicking, kayakers paddling, and sit on the balcony towards sunset marvelling at nature’s wonders and the twinkling lights of Mooloolaba. The apartment on the waterfront and a canoe/kayak can be launched within a 1 minute's walk to the water - where you can start paddling on the Mooloolah River or out of the harbour into the ocean around to Mooloolaba Beach or around Point Cartwright etc. A single garage space is provided in the undercover garage but only fits a regular sized vehicle and it would depend on the height and length of your canoe/kayak as to whether it would fit within the space provided. There is on-street parking available should you wish to store it on the vehicle but on the street.

There is a boatramp within a 2 minute drive - your boat would launch into the Mooloolah River. From here there is easy access through the harbour entrance into the ocean.
