Situated in a quiet area, yet still close to Ilukas facilities, i.e. metres to Iluka Foodworks, metres to the Iluka boatramp and metres to the Marina and caf.



Fresh and modern, this 2 bedroom home presents very well, and is ideal for one or two couples travelling together or a small family, with a queen size bed in each bedroom, and extra bedding if required. The home is fully tiled, freshly painted, and is newly fitted out with modern furnishings, including airconditioning in the living area.



The living room is furnished with a comfy corner lounge suite, flat screen LCD television, DVD player and stereo system. Sliding glass doors lead to the dining area, with a dining setting for 6, which in turn leads to the carport area, which doubles as an extra large entertaining area, with a glass topped outdoor table, 6 chairs and a gas BBQ.



The roomy kitchen has a gas stove andamp, oven, large refrigerator, microwave oven, double stainless steel sink, kitchen table with two stools, plus a servery to the lounge area.



The bathroom provides tiled shower stall and loo, as well as your laundry area, with top loading washing machine, and plenty of bench space to spread out your toiletries.



An additional carport, plus a huge unfenced yard provides plenty of space for the kids to play, or to park extra cars or boats.
